Since 1907, the research and education center at Harvard Forest has worked with scientists, students, and collaborators to explore topics ranging from conservation and environmental change to land-use history and the ways in which physical, biological and human systems interact to change our earth. In 2004, RavenMark produced Wildlands and Woodlands, a report on the state of forests in Massachusetts. In 2009, the Harvard Forest came to us again to produce a broader piece. Wildlands and Woodlands, A Vision for New England. Again, RavenMark pulled together the text and graphics and produced a complex publication that conveys the challenges and the opportunities confronting New England forests.
